The Reindeer Classic Is Back!

WELCOME TO THE SHO! WE'RE DOING IT AGAIN!

For everyone that came out last year, we appreciate you so much! We collected so many gifts for Community Christmas and we're looking to do the same this year.

Community Christmas is a week long event, that Kym McLane organizes in Barrow County for children in need. Every single donation given at the Reindeer Classic goes directly there and gives children the Christmas they all deserve. Your support made a huge impact on the community last year, and we're so grateful for all of you.

NOW, ONTO THE HOCKEY

We're running the same format as last year.

Ironman Games

12 Minute Periods

4 Players Per Team (Plus a Goalie)

$250 Per Team

MONEYPUCK IS BACK

Quite a few people have asked us if we're running with the MoneyPuck idea again this year.

The answer? ABSOLUTELY!

For those that don't know what that is...strap in.

During round robin games, MoneyPuck is active during the last minute of every game. Green lights will be set up in the penalty box/scorekeepers area (and around the rink). Once those lights turn on, MoneyPuck is active. If you score a goal, it counts for two.

During playoff games, we will spin a wheel before the game begins, and that wheel will determine which other minute (between minutes 4 & 10) MoneyPuck is active along with the last minute of the game.

Last year we had unreal comebacks due to MoneyPuck and it made every goal of every game crucial.

Here's a quick article that explains it a little more.
